​Established in 1985, the Fashionality® Award is the oldest and most prestigious recognition for women in the State of Arizona. It was the first to honor women not only for their presence and poise but for their leadership, philanthropy, and vision—qualities that strengthen our communities and inspire generations.

 

​While its name originated from the world of fashion, Fashionality® has always represented something much deeper—women of substance, influence, and purpose who move through the world with grace and leave it better than they found it.

 

For four decades, we have  celebrated Arizona’s most extraordinary women—trailblazers, mentors, and changemakers whose leadership defines the true spirit of our state.
