Fabulous Phoenician Award

Established in 1982, the Fabulous Phoenician Award is the most prestigious honor presented by Trends. It recognizes individuals, couples, and businesses whose lifetime of generosity, leadership, and vision has made a lasting and meaningful impact on the Greater Phoenix community.

More than a recognition, the award embodies the spirit of compassion, philanthropy, and civic engagement that defines the very best of the Valley. It honors those who have devoted their time, talents, and resources to uplifting others, strengthening community institutions, and inspiring future generations to give back.

Each year, the recipient of the Fabulous Phoenician Award is carefully selected by the Board of the Trends Charitable Fund in collaboration with their advisor and Trends Magazine publisher, Bill Dougherty.

For more than four decades, this distinction has been presented to many of Maricopa County’s most respected and influential leaders—people and organizations whose integrity, service, and kindness continue to shape the heart and soul of our community.
